How It Works

The CIPRIANI Plate Heat Exchanger system uses a series of highly engineered, grooved plates, each sealed with precision gaskets and compressed tightly within a rigid frame. Fluids are directed through inlet and outlet ports, flowing across alternating sides of each plate in opposite directions—a process known as counterflow.

This counter-current flow maximizes the temperature gradient between fluids, allowing for optimal heat transfer in a compact system. The result is a highly efficient, easy-to-maintain solution for all your heat exchange needs.
